Data We Collect
We collect only what you voluntarily provide:
- Contact form: name, email address, organization, role, message
- Investor deck request: name, email, organization, investor type
- Analytics: anonymized page views, session duration, referral source (via Vercel Analytics — no cookies, no personal identifiers)
We do not collect: payment information, sensitive personal data, data from minors. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your enquiries and requests
- To send investor updates if you have opted in
- To improve our website and user experience (aggregated analytics only)
Legal basis (GDPR Article 6): we rely on a per-purpose basis as set out below.

Data Retention
Contact form submissions: retained for 24 months or until you request deletion. Analytics data: aggregated, no retention limit. Email correspondence: retained for 36 months.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to processing or request restriction
- Data portability

Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your EU/EEA Member State of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, under Article 77 GDPR. Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal (Article 7(3) GDPR).
Third-Party Services
- Vercel(hosting & analytics) — privacy-preserving, EU data centers
- Resend (transactional email) — your email is transmitted to deliver your requested response only
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or advertising trackers.
International Transfers
Some of our processors operate outside the EU/EEA. Where personal data is transferred to a third country that has not been deemed adequate by the European Commission, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as the transfer mechanism.
- Resend (transactional email delivery) — US-based processor. Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Vercel(hosting & edge network) — operates EU/US regions through its global edge network. Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Cookies
This website uses no tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless. If you enable a language preference, it is stored locally in your browser only.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.3), secure hosting via Vercel, and access controls on all systems handling personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Representative in the Union (Article 27 GDPR)
ASRHÜR has not designated a representative in the Union under Article 27 GDPR because it takes the position that Article 3(2) GDPR does not currently apply to its processing. This position will be reassessed if ASRHÜR's activities change.
